Hi Bernard,
Thank you very much. We had the first consultation and all seemed to go well.

PATRICIA

Dear Bernard
Thank you so much for your prompt and excellent service.
I see nothing that needs amendment so will print out for Don and Vivi’s signatures.
May I ask a few more questions?
Must I give notice to UIF?
Is there a specific form to complete, notifying them that Vivi is retiring from our employment?
Also, she works for other people on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
I imagine she will continue working for them.
May she claim UIF benefits from the contributions we paid for her?
Or must she be absolutely unemployed to get these benefits?
Thanks again for your help.
Please let me have your invoice banking details and I’ll make payment.
With best wishes

PATRICIA

Recommendation for Bernard Reisner

I would like to rate Bernard Reisner for his highly professional style in handling a disciplinary hearing. He was knowledgeable, efficient and dealt with a highly emotive situation with experience and in a resolutive manner which speedily resolved a very concerning situation. I would highly recommend Bernard without question of the doubt for all your labour issues.

Fynkos

I definitely endorse Bernard as chairperson for disciplinary hearings. It was an extremely professional hearing which was handled with a lot of empathy and understanding and more of an arbitration. I will definitely be happy to call on him in the future.

Wayde Andrews

Thank you so much for sharing your world of knowledge and incredible passion. It’s not easy finding comfort or peace in these situations, however, adds a lot of calm to my storm and I truly appreciate that.

Thanks again for being awesome.
